Welcome to Upper Tresulian, St Mawes
St Mawes now has Upper Tresullian which is a first floor flat situated approximately 300 yards from the heart of the village and just 50 yards from Tavern beach. The flat boasts stunning views across Falmouth Bay as well as towards the mouth of the Percuil River. Upper Tresullian is accessed by way of a series of quite steep steps through a tiered garden with the entrance at the rear of the property at the top of a further flight of steps. There is a parking space for 1 car but any additional vehicles can be parked in St Mawes either on the Quay or at the main village car park (both pay and display). A private garden with a table and chairs at the rear of the property also has sea views. As the property is in a private road, our priority is to ensure that our neighbours do not suffer any disturbances.
