Welcome to The Tresulians in St Mawes for self catering holidays.
St Mawes now has both Tresulian and Upper Tresulian..Upper Tresulian is a first floor flat while Tresulian is the ground floor that mirrors the first floor, but has a separate kitchen as well as a utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. The Tresulians are situated approximately 300 yards from the heart of the village and just 50 yards from Tavern beach. The flats boast stunning views across Falmouth Bay as well as towards the mouth of the Percuil River. Both properties are accessed by way of a series of quite steep steps through a tiered garden with the entrance to upper Tresulian at the rear of the property at the top of a further flight of steps.Tresulian is accessed by way of a side entrance. * Each property has a parking space for 1 car but any additional vehicles can be parked in St Mawes either on the Quay or at the main village car park (both pay and display). Upper Tresulian has a private garden with a table and chairs at the rear of the property which has sea views, whereas Tresulian has a terrace accessed through double doors from the sun lounge. Given that both properties are situated in a private road, our priority is to ensure that our neighbours do not suffer any disturbances.
