About Upper Tresulian, St Mawes
Upper Tresullian has sea views from all the main rooms and boasts:
- 1 double bedroom (duvets/pillows provided)
- 1 twin bedroom (duvets/pillows provided)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 shower room
- Kitchen / dining room (fully fitted with electric oven/hob, American style fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer)
- Sun lounge with TV/DVD and CD music system. A selection of games and books are also provided.
- Central heating in all rooms
- Price includes electricity and heating
- A travel cot and high chair can be provided by prior arangement,
Upper Tresullian sleeps a total of 4, and we run a Saturday switchover policy.
Minimum booking is 1 week unless there is a prior arrangement
We do NOT provide towels or linen, please bring your own.
Upper Tresulian will be unavailable for rent between October 2010 and March 2011 due to building work. The site will update as further information becomes available.
A few ground rules :
- No smoking
- No pets
- Upper Tresullian is in a private road, so we kindly request that you ensure that our neighbours do not suffer any disturbances.
Lower Tresulian is expected to be available for rental in the spring of 2011. Where Upper Tresulian is furnished in a modern theme, Lower Tresulian will be furnished in a more contempory style.
Lower Tresulian consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom, a utility room and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a lounge / dining room as well as a sun lounge which leads onto a patio area where you can sit out.
